The hotel was nice and quiet with a good mattress on the bed. However, it was a bit small and hard to navigate, and the hotel had run out of extra blankets which was disappointing. The service was exceptional with a friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. The location had a mixed atmosphere, being nice with a late-night option nearby, but was also affected by strong chemical smells. The dining experience was not worth the price, lacking in quality compared to complimentary options at other hotels.
The hotel had serious issues with the rooms, from a horrible smell causing instant headaches to a lack of basic amenities like a refrigerator for medicines. However, the service had its ups and downs with friendliness, but serious safety issues with key issuance. On the bright side, the location was convenient with close access to restaurants, although the area itself had some unpleasant odors. The dining experience needed improvements in food temperature maintenance.
